Bluetooth for Mobile Phones and Related Devices
Bluetooth applications for mobile phones, computers, and other electronic communication devices are constantly and rapidly increasing. This wireless technology that was started in 1994 has gone a long way in its usage and has definitely changed how people communicate and operate their gadgets.
Bluetooth allows you to create personal area networks without the use of any visible connections. It is a hassle-free and handsfree way to communicate with anyone on the mobile phone. It gives you the freedom to walk the dog, shop and do the laundry without having any wires hanging around. You can also drive around or ride a bike while talking on the cell phone - just remember, do so with caution and only where it is permitted by traffic rules.
Most Bluetooth headsets can be easily connected to any phone. You can keep your phone in your pocket, bag or some compartment in your car while talking. Just remember an approximate distance between devices of 300 feet. Some headsets can last for a few hours without charging. But since they're meant to be used while you're on the go, you should always keep it charged. Your Bluetooth headset can also be used with your computer. All that's needed is for you to have an adapter plugged into your computer. Ideally, this is suitable for conference calls that can run for long hours.
